anyone go for private dating scan?

Hi I am not getting my first appointment and scan until 14 weeks, anywhere I can go for private scan in the mean time and has anyone done this?

yup we went to MD ultrasound on south william street. cost 160 euro and we got plenty of photos and a dvd. couldnt recommend them highly enough! xx

Thats great thanks how many weeks were you when you went?

well we thought we were 8 weeks at the first appointment but we were only 6! still picked up a heartbeat but asked us to come back the next week, then when we went back he couldnt be sure it wasnt twins so we went back 2 weeks later.. so we had 3 scans at 6/7 and 9 weeks and were only charged for 1! x
