Anyone had an early scan in the Beacon?

Hi there, I'm going for an early scan in the Beacon next week. Just wondering what it's like there? Is it usually a sonographer or the consultant who does the scan? I've had scans in another hospital so I know the drill there but never in the Beacon. Feedback appreciated, J

Is it the Irish Maternal Fetal Foundation? I have been there with my consultant obs did some of his scans there on last pregnancy but not sure if you are going there as a one off! Have a look at the website, it mentions that you can book an appointment with a consultant obs too.

Wife09, I'm not sure if that's where I'm going as I just have an appt with Dr K.A. Perhaps that's where I'll go to to have the scan though. I've no idea! Thanks for getting back to me though. Lion, I just pm'd you!
