Anyone tried Eco nappies?

Looking for some info on eco nappies, if anyone has ever used them. They seem more economical then normal disposable nappies, mind you a load more washing.

if you mean the re-useable cloth nappies then yes I have used them and there is a sticky on the use of them on the mum and kids forum-you'll get lots of advice there
