Aqua aerobics qs?

Has anyone done this while pregnant & how many weeks where you, its on in my area, im 30w, tried it last night but wasn't sure if i done to much as its hard to tell under water. Has anyone any experience doing this..

my friend does them she is about 5 months now the girl told her not to do the ones where you put your hands in the air as you may pull a muscle, they should give you advice at the pool ? its something i will def be keeping up when i get preggers !

I'm doing pregnancy aqua aerobics and it's great. She works on upper arms a lot at the beginning then does a lot of exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles. Good fun and you get a chance to talk to other pregnant mums too. www.eurekahydrotherapy.com
