are you entitled to free gp services?

I all im just wondering again about this combined care and forms etc i will have to fill out in the docs? who is entitled to the free gp visits?? everyone?? or is it down to your prsi or something?? or what does it go on?

Hi nikbic - it applies to all expectant mothers. http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/he ... tml#ld1a9a I went to my GP at 5 weeks & filled out the forms with him & he sent them off for me. I got the combined care card in the post then and I just bring it with me to GP/hospital visits.

yes everyone is entitled to it under the combined care scheme. your gp should offer you all that info on your first visit
