cant open that page SW. i bought some online the other day called Nelsons homeopathic arnica 30c pills. spoke witrh the reflexologist the other day adn she said 30c is fine.

i would order them from here rather than ebay and they give great advice.....i see you're looking at the 200c ones...are you having a c section?

these are the ones i ordered from amazon. not sure about the brand you have found there SW. the nelsons ones seem to be popular/common. would you order from amazon? i have heard of some girls here getting the 200c, i really think 30c will be enough. HTH
