awareness of ovulation

Are you always aware of when you ovulated? I am on CD19 and don't think I've ovulated but wonder do some people get no signs and still ovulate. I don't know whether I'm on the 2ww, haven't ovulated yet, or ovulated and just don't know Frustrating! Last month I had really bad pains around ovulation so I sort of thought I'd get them again this month.

I don't know if this helps. I started using OPK this month and I noticed pains when I was ov. I don't remember getting them last month at all. I wasn't really looking out for them. I just got the positive on the opk and noticed some pains, so I was like 'Oh they're ov pains'. SOrry for rambling, I think some months you get them and some months you don't. Just like af, some months I get really bad cramps and others I don't.

I would notice change in CM first and am sometimes bloated with it or have pains in my side. Good luck on the March train
