Can anyone tell me some exercises that concentrate on back fat?
I'm 5 foot 4 and 9.5 stone so its not really weight loss I need but more toning than anything?

With your hands palm down under your chin and your arms out at right angles.
Lift up the top half of your body and pull your arms back at the same time. Breath out while doing this and hold for 5 seconds.
