Back Pain and Cramps

hi girls feel like i'm always on here moaning lately have really bad lower back pain and cramps since sat evening but seem worse today - the back pain is really uncomfortable - anyone any advice on what to do to relieve the pain or make it more comfortable i'm only 32 + 2 so obviously this is a bit early for labour pains ?? thanks a million

Didn't want to read and not reply. I'm not really sure about the pains, it's probably the baby moving down into the position. If they are more persistent give the hospital a call. I know I got kidney infections in my 3rd trimester and even though I didn't get the pains I was told that cramps and lower back pain could be a uti. Sorry I can't give anymore advice. I honestly don't remember what it was like at 32wks.
