Hi Im trying to get organised for my dd 1st Birthday party on Sunday and im just wondering how long would cupcakes, cheese cake, pavlova keep fresh for? Thanks,

Thanks,[/quote:2y342ol6] Cupcakes are nicest the day of. Cheesecake would keep for a couple of days in the fridge, wouldn't it? For pavlova, you could make the meringue up to 3 days beforehand and then just add the cream and fruit on the day. Have a lovely time on Sunday!

you can generally freeze cheesecake too

You can definitely freeze cheesecake. Meringue goes chewy over time - I personally like that. You can also freeze cupcakes but not if they have a topping.

Thanks girls. I was going to start baking to-day for Sunday but was afraid all my hard work might have to go in the bin if the food went off.
