Best Dressed at Dublin Horse Show

I think it's quite nice. She's a fashion student and made the outfit herself so fair play! I can obviously see the horsey link but she has other hats I would much perfer. Someone wore this to Galway last week as well. Like the most colourful one the best. Very classy and elegant. Best dressed is nice, not amazing. There were others that were a lot nicer imo. It's a bit fussy, I think. Nice but a bit OTT and fussy. Not a winner in my eyes but obviously the judges thought otherwise! The horse hat....WTF?! It's ridiculous. Looks horrible on her. Comical even.

I would love to know how the judges come to their final decision. Wouldnt have rated any of those who won, but thats just my opinion!

I wonder too paperclips. Brendan Courtney has been a judge at the Killarney, Galway and now Dublin Best Dressed days. I definitely saw that same hat worn in Galway last week and it's not one you're likely to forget!! I'm not sure if it made the finals in Galway - maybe it did - but then it wins a week later in Dublin? The judges are seeing the same outfits and hats over and over again.

My OH got a call from a work colleague yesterday afternoon wishing me Congratulations on winning best dressed at the horse show- I look nothing like that girl, wasn't at the horse show and have never entered a best dressed in my life!

I prefer the most colourful outfit too. But fair play to the best dressed anyway for whipping it up herself - and at least it fits her right, unlike the Galway one. Cannot see the fascination with best hat though... The best dressed girl had a nicer hat. They're very subjective, these competitions. Best dressed in Brendan Courtneys eyes isn't necessarily the best dressed in everyone elses.

Anyone know where Carol Kennedy got her red dress? I would love a dress in that shape!
