Best place to get good deal on holidays??

Hi girls, I am thinking of booking a holiday for maybe around 6 weeks time for me and OH. We are not too fussy where we go. Just a week in the sun. (OH would love south of france) Do you have any good websites etc that I might find good deals on?? Would I be better off to wait and book last minute??

also try www.icelolly.com fab fab fab deals, you can fly from dublin or belfast. we went last minute last yr, 4*hotel all inclusive for £200 pound each. the later you leave it the better for all deals!
