Startin the search for bridesmaids dresses soon-any recommendations for good shops in Munster area or good brands please?
The Walk in Wardrobe in Bandon is amazing. Specialises in bridesmaids dresses and they have literally hundreds of dresses that can be ordered in a range of colours.
we went to Amore which is in Youghal they stock the Jim Hjelm dresses there. Also the Ivory rose in passage west was very good ....
walk in wardrobe has a huge selection .... i wasnt too impressed by the girl who owns it though ... just my personal opionon.

OH, i so dont agree!! I went there as a BM with the bride and one of the otehr BMs and i thought the woman working there was rude and obnoxious!!!! I would be a size 16-18 and the other BM is about 1 size bigger than me! The girl in the shop told us that she didnt have dresses to fit us. That we were too big!!! She didnt even offer to pin the back of the dresses so that we could get an idea! the other BM with me was in tears walking out of there! She has a bad name! So, unless you want to be upset, stay out of there!!!!
I brought my BMs to Bridal Bliss in Blackpool and they couldnt have been more helpful!! They were really nice and they have a nice selection of Dessy dresses!
, so if your girls are bigger than a size 14 I wouldn't bother going to Bandon.
I could have written exactly the above post, except I was told (TG the BM's weren't with me) "the dresses tend to hang better on people of a smaller size"
I ordered the BM dresses in Divine in Kinsale, they've a very good collection, ended up ordering dessy dress. Very nice girls too. they've also a good selection of mother of the bride.
my BM dresses are €275 each and having 3. is this crazy?
Mine were €235 but i got them on gownsales for €130!
am half afraid to order them on line to be honest. im going to ring the shop when i get a chance and see if she can do me a better deal
i got mine for €220 each, checked rkbridal, only saving about €50 and when you cost the shipping cost and extra hassle, i just went for shop.
No Kettles i don't think they're too expensive, shur what would ya pay for a dress in Monsoon, Coast etc??!!
