Bringing baby for injections....

Hi, Have to bring my newborn for her first injections on Thursday, I know she will be fine and everything, it's just me!!! I wish I could go through it for her and I can't get it out of my head. I suppose it's natural for a new mum...have to try not to to worry about it. Anyone bring their babs for injections recently? Thanks.

Hi there, Have either a warm bottle/boob ready for her straight afterwards to comfort her.I got dh to hold her I was so hassled.

I found it wasn't half as bad as I had thought. DS has had three sets of injections now and only cried once for a few minutes! Good idea to have a bottle or boob ready after. Just think how much worse it would be if they were to get TB or meningitis etc.
