hi girls getting married in app 2 months, excercisng every day, doing kettle bells, aerobics. running, now my clothes are all tighter, very upset over this as i really feel it is musscle, afraid to stop excercising as i dont think its the answer, really want to get in shape for wedding, the way things are going i wont fit into my dress on the first fitting. really appreciate any advise or if anyone has experienced this.

If you are adding muscle without losing bodyfat, then you will always increase in size. It sounds like nutrition and not exercise is where you're going wrong. Once you improve that, you'll get smaller and tighter.
