C-section with twins

Anyone have a c-section with twins? Does twin 1 always come out first. he is breech but twin 2 is Cephalic and is the smaller baby.

Katiemomma I had a csection with my twins. DD was twin 1 and was breech she was delivered first...and then my Ds was delivered . They will always get twin 1 out first as otherwise they wouldnt have room to get to twin 2 ifykwim. I know when dd was being delivered they kept saying she had moved position so im not 100% sure if she was still breech as I nver found out but I do know that she was coming first no matter what position she or Ds was in ! when you scheduled in for section??
