Can anyone help please?

I got my gentlebirth pack today and want to put cd onto my ipod, does anyone know how i do this? im totally useless at this sort of thing so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

you'll need to upload it onto your laptop/computer first through itunes. then connect your ipod and it should update hope you get it sorted!
