Can you get a filling while pregnant?

When I'm pregnant my teeth just crumble I've lost a tooth for every baby I have!! I'm only 7 weeks pregnant and just noticed a hole in one of my teeth (near the front!) and if I don't get it filled I'd say it'll get infected and I'll loose that one too. And also does it hurt getting a filling??? I've never had one and HATE the dentist

Hi Oat I had a filling when I was 32 weeks pregnant. They will give you a needle to numb the area (you would have had this to get a tooth out) once you get this its not sore at all. HTH
