CBFM - Hand luggage

Just wondering if anybody knows whether its okay to bring a CBFM with you in your hand luggage? Not travelling with my dh so will die of mortification if I'm asked to explain what it is or if it is confiscated in front of my pals! (who don't know I'm ttc'ing). Would leave it at home only it'll be coming up to ov time.

Brought it away in hand luggage before and there was no problem at all.
