CD1 or not confused!!

HI I started light spotting last night and this morning (AF due) and only seeing a little tiny bit of red now, should I count this as CD1. Think cycle day one is when you see red blood, but does it matter if it is very little and only in late after noon... confused Need to know as need to take meds on cd2

Hi Normally Red Blood flow after 1500 hrs is not considered as CD1, - according to others sites and literature anyway. This has happened to me and i normally take CD1 as the following day. Elfen...
