She's brought out a workout dvd "Then & Now", starts off showing her staring the routine with 2 stone on that she subsequently lost! She lost something like 35 inches in total. Needless to say I've purchased the dvd... As for my avatar, it took ages for me to find it so its going to stick for awhile anyways!
