It's a great image, but I was told before that it (along with the one of the baby holding the scalpel) isn't real! A nice idea though!

When one of my sisters was preggers you could see the outline of my nephews foot sticking out of her belly. It was nowhere near as detailed as that though - just a rough outline. There's no way that pic could be genuine - the child looks like it's about to burst out through her skin! :shock:
