Church Music Kerry - Where to start ?

Hi Ladies, I'm getting married in Kerry next May, and wondering what to do regarding church music. Thinking of getting Sarah O Kennedy to sing but wondering what musicians to go with. Maybe Harp and or flute ? Would love to hear what other people are doing ! And if anyone has any recommendations for musicians/singers in the Munster area that would be great ! I know Siobhan Oliver is very good and very popular in Munster Region have you tried her? She is listed under vendors and suppliers.
