Hi girls, I've bought my wedding shoes and they seem fine but after just attending a friend's wedding she advised having something to slip into for the reception... she thought she had the most comfortable shoes you could buy and still her feet were still killing her... Have any of you seen any nice ivory flip flops/pumps/wedges anywhere along your travels???? My shoes have a 2 and a half inch heel so I suppose I'd have to have something with a similar height to slip into so I won't be tripping over my dress.. I really wasn't bothered but even now my own feet are aching after all the dancing.... and i thought I'd comfortable sandals on too.... :wv :wv :wv :wv

I bought a pair of ivory pumps on ebay for 20 euro. I don't even have my actual shoes yet but i thought these were cute and would do as a reserve for tired feet as the night goes on! Just search for whatever colour you are looking for and loads of styles will come up.

What size shoe are you? only asking because I was in Barretts today and their kids shoes go up to a size 6. These are some of the styles they have [img:286pzvkp][/img:286pzvkp] [img:286pzvkp][/img:286pzvkp] because they're kids shoes they have lower heels. I'm going to be really cheeky and get myself some slippers to change into after. Not really slipperish ones, you know the ones that look a little like pumps (they have them in penneys) I love my heels but I also love my comfort! >:o) No one will bee my feet under the dress anyway. [img:286pzvkp][/img:286pzvkp] (these ones are from Debenhams but are along the lines of what I have in mind)

Check out Penny's too, they have lovely plain pumps in white. I got a lovely pair of off white ones there yesterday for €6. I'm thinking they're close enough to ivory for drinks in the residents bar, which has a stone floor so bare feet might be a no no.
