Hi - have lost a stone and a half with WW but looking to tone up and maybe lose a few more pounds. Thinking of joining CURVES. Have been in a gym for about 7 years now and looking for something different... Anyone got any feedback on curves?
I have never used curves myself only the "normal" gyms, but if you do a search on WOL you should find something about it, there's been lots of posts about it in the past.
Yea curves is good for toning but i think you also need to do a bit of cardio ie walking, to loose the extra pounds! I was a member for a year but got bored with it so didnt rejoin! My sis is doing really well with it but she had a good bit to loose!
