Damn you confortable leggings

I need to hang my head in shame. All this while I have been in denial that I have not being putting on weight. I don't know how this has happened (could be the lack of exercise and pigging out over christmas) but i went to put on my jeans today and they wren't just a little tight. They wouldn't fit..at all. Oh the shame of it. Time to sign up for some salsa classes methinks.

Gaining weigh is too damn easy. I'm in denial most of the time too, and then Ill give myself a kick and do something about it. Was really good before Christmas, but now I'm on the slippery slope to putting back on weigh. Time to get really active again
