9th January 2008 10:19Hi All, I got this DVD the other day when I was feeling all motivated and I must say I'm pretty impressed with it. There are seven sections in it, Warm Up, Aerobics,Legs, Pump, Boxercise, Abdominals and cool down. I have done three sections of it, the Boxercise, pump(light weights) and cool down section and I really enjoyed it. And once I recovered I felt really energised. Worth the €19.90 I'd say.
