Did any of you use this on previous pregnancies?

girls, i don't actually know how they're called in English, I know in Italian they're called pancera or pancerina, they're large elasticated bands and you wear them on your belly after birth to help the belly go back the way it was before your pregnancy. I know lots of women buy them in Italy but wondering where to get them here.. Thanks

Think these are belly bands / bella bands. Do a search, I've seen them mentioned a few times here. Can't advise about usage, but from what I've read they can be used in early stages of pregnancy to kind of cover the gap between top and pants or later to hold it all in. That sounds interesting! I have one from my wedding I'll be getting it out soon enough to hold myself in after babs arrives.

So the first type are more underwear type of thing, you wear them under your clothes and are very tight and are supposed to support your belly and back and help the belly go back in. And they're only used after you give birth. The second one it's the one you mentioned which is a fashion thing, you can wear it on top of your clothes to hide that the trousers are open or to close the gap as you say and you can wear them during the pregnancy!
