Its my neices christening in a few weeks and I wanted to see if you had any ideas for something different to get her? I got her brother for his christening silver engraved cufflings, for something when he is older but cant think what might be nice for her to have. Any ideas??

I got a voucher towards a photographer, that could be used for the child's first birthday. The parents got that done and were able to get a couple of lovely canvasses of the family etc. They really seemed to like it as they made a day of it and had a family meal out.

Have you ever seen the diaper cakes done they are brill my friend has made 4 of them for family. You get the step by step on you tube I think, it looks really complicated but only takes a night to put together!

We got a photography voucher too! It was well received as portraits can be pricey!! We also got one of the blankets, and its a lovely keepsake! I would stay clear from Newbridge, curl boxes, money boxes etc., they're a bit like "glasses for engagement presents" :o0 You could also maybe set up a Post Office Savings account or get some Prize Bonds??
