Editing your Photos

Hi all, I would like to know if any of you could tell me what programme you use to edit your photos. My laptop broke and I had to get a new one however the programme I used I cant get now and Im raging! Basically just the norm editing options, red eye, cropping etc. Id really appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thanks all.
