Evening invitation wording

Hi just looking for some opinions on how to word an evening invite to people at work. I want send one invite to each area as there's about 100 between 3 places. So would staff in unit one or all staff be ok... Neither sounds great but can't be writing out 100 invites!

I made my friend's wedding invites and she wanted to do an open invitation to the people at work so we made a notice for the notice board but using the same paper/card as the invites, with ribbon & the same design. Wording: Miss............... would like to invite her Work Colleagues (put this line in a script-type font same as line 1 & line 6) to join her in the evening celebration of her marriage to Mr.......... on ..................... in .................. Not sure if this is of any help to you
