im taking folic acid is there anything else i can take thats good for me and the baby vitamins etc?

hi you can take pregnacare they have all the folic acid you need aswell as other vitamins alot of people found them great but they didnt agree with me hth

I'm taking pregnacare and one unexpected bonus is that my nails and hair are really strong since I started them!

I am taking Sanotogen Pro Natal-its similar to Pregnacare. Boots also do a general multi vitamin for pregnancy
