I'm a regular gym bunny but always had a little bit of extra "love" on my tum tum, despite using all the gym abdominal equipment..Well fck that 'cos i found a new exercise in Pilates...absolutely brill and after about 2 weeks you'll feel it. My pilates teacher gave me these simple ones to do. Sit with knees bent, hold tummy in and keep back straight...then slowly sit back till you feel your tummy muscles "shaking"..then hold and breath in and sit back up with knees bent and feet flat on floor.

I used to go to Pilates classes and we would do different variations/levels of that one.
yeah have done that one in a few classes its a killer but it gets results
Hoola Hoop is brilliant for tummy too.
Haven't used mine lately cause we are living with the in laws, so I'm just doing tummy exercises in the gym, but Hoola Hoop is very effective. You can get one for a few quid in Smiths.
Oh I like that one, will give it a try when I get home later.
