Furniture deals

Hey wollies We just moved into our new home lately but we are kinda skint . The thing is we would like to get another double bed and a couch! Im just wondering do any of you know any good deals out there at the moment? We heard there is a furniture auction at the end of this month which we are thinking of going to!Any idea if its worth going to or would it just be antiques? Am in the carlow kilkenny area but willing to travel! Thanks

hi ya, Classic Furniture are closing all their stores in Ireland and are currently getting rid of stock and are giving free delivery. Not sure if there is a Classic store near you but you could have a look at their website and see where is the nearest store to you. We walked into the one in Blanch only by chance on sunday and we bought there and then the two last pieces to finish our dining room suite! We weren't planning on getting them yet because they're quite big for this house but the price was too good to miss it and in a few yrs when we'll be moving house we'd only have to source them again and would end up paying full price (furniture is imported from France) and Classic was one of the 2 shops in the country that stock this brand!! HTH
