So I have returned to work after being absent for a number of weeks and the one person that works for me has been such a huge help while I was out that I want to get her a little thank you present. Nothing too OTT but not just chocolates or flowers, any suggestions??

Perhaps you could take her out for lunch somewhere nice......credit for her phone with a bottle of wine / bottle of vodka. A nice hat / gloves/ scarf set for the cold weather.
Anyone can say thanks to me anytime though with booze & food

someone got me a nice scarf after I helped them at work. A back massage sounds great though. A 30 min one wouldn't cost too much.

Could you bake something for her maybe? If she put a lot of work in for you, it might be nice to spend time instead of money. You could bake some lovely cookies and put them in a nice tin with lots of tissue paper... it's personal but not over the top.
