MS a bit worse this morning, I'm 6 weeks now so I suppose it's going to start kicking in now. I can cope with it so far but everyone is saying eat ginger - but in what form? Ginger biccies? Ginger ale? In a stir fry? Supplements? All of the above? Anyone have any tips?
Ginger nut biscuits about 10 minutes before getting out of bed worked, but I wasnt very sick really, just a few days.
Probably all of your suggestions would work- hopefully you'll fly though and not need any!
Crackers in bed about 15 mins before I get out of bed work for me. I've also had the ginger nut biscuits but I found they were a bit sweet to have first thing. Good luck!
Had some ginger nuts dunked in tea. Hate tea, but the biscuits were nice dunked into it.
