Can anyone recommend a good book for preparing for pregnancy?
Only just found out you should excercise your pelvic floor muscles as early as possible.....
The best book I've found is 'What to Expect when you are expecting' it breaks pregnancy into each month, what you might be feeling and any symptoms that you might have. It also details labour and what comes after too, it was by far the best book I bought (and I bought a few that weren't half as good) Hope this helps
