Got the call

So my venue is in tatters with only eight weeks to go but the good news is.... My dress is in Going in next Wednesday to pay the balance and order my veil, then start the fittings the following week. Some good news I suppose!

Aww thanks girls I'm going to melt in it but I don't care There's refurbishment work going on in the restaurant, it was supposed to be completed last April. Searched the net last week ( as you do! ) and found a thread about how bad a state it's in. Loads of weddings cancelled there, as in the brides cancelled two days before, the venue hasn't been keeping people updated. My planner made a trip and said we need a plan b now. I don't want a plan B, I want plan A!!!! Dunno what's going to happen... 8 frickin weeks, can't exactly hop on a plane and have a look

I ordered it in January, feel like ages ago!!! Think my veil will take about 3 weeks? My headpiece arrived today, off the one and only ebay
