Headaches with Queazyness (sp)

I have a really bad headache all day and am feeling very queazy, is there anything that i can take?

As far as i know you can take panadol. Maybe trying lying down in a dark quiet room it might help with something cold on your forehead,

doc told me that the only things you can take are paracetamol and gaviscon and nothing else. You can take paracetamol with no worries. Hope you are feeling better soon.

you poor thing..i had those headaches for 2 weeks..theyre awful...a load of ice ina tea towel and rest it on your head...
