Hi to all mums-to-be. I'm a PhD researcher in UCD with a passion for mental health during pregnancy and beyond. I would really appreciate if any mums to be 36+ weeks pregnant could consider spending 20 minutes on a survey about your emotional health. I know 20 minutes is quite a chunk of time, but sharing your experiences will be very helpful to us! If you would like to take part, you can access further information at [url:1azkt05i]https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3PXWXHV[/url:1azkt05i]

Thanks to anyone so far who has given the survey a go. I really, really appreciate it and I hope you are all keeping well in the run up to Christmas. The survey is still available at [url:13zb50ue]https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3PXWXHV[/url:13zb50ue], so if anyone has 20 minutes to spare to complete it, I would really appreciate it! Thank you, Hollie.

The thing that really helped me when I was in such condition is keeping track of my feeling and emotions. I had a diary and was writing my thought into it. I purchased mine here [url:2bqz0q38]https://onplanners.com/planners/cool[/url:2bqz0q38] and it's absolutely amazing !
