Hen Party Costume Ideas Help

Any ideas for some cheap hen party costume dress up ? We want to do a theme night for a hen but don't want costumes to cost a fortune. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated !

I've been to hens with themes of: - polka dots - black & white - animal print - 1950s - grannies Most people would have items that fit in with above already, even if just a scarf..but easy to pop to Penneys & get some more cheap bits.

For my sisters Hen last Feb, We did LBD....Little Bright Dress. Everyone had to wear bright summery colours. It looked great in all the pictures, nobody was in dark colours.
