I have been referred to High Risk and have my first appointment with the consultant in Holles Street tomorrow. Can anybody tell me what I should expect?

In what way are you high risk if you don't mind me asking. I am classed as high risk as I have bad asthma and am over weight all it means is they will be extra careful with you and may have a birth plan that they want to follow rather than what you may have had in mind. Thankfully my asthma has all put disappeared during the pregnancy

I'm considered High Risk as I have a medical condition. It's well controlled and I've been told I mightn't be kept at high risk seen as it's well controlled. Tinkerbell, are you sure I'll be scanned? I thought HS were quite strict that they don't scan before 20 weeks.
