Who uses them?
Which one do you use?
Recommendations?
Marks out of ten?

Dont use them
But a girl in work used one last week on her hair which was already professionally coloured and it turned out so weird.

I use them on a regular basis - the best one in my opinion is
Casting by L'Oreal - 10 out of 10.
I used the one by Garnier that comes in the red box, not sure what it's called, but my jaysis, me hair was in bits after it.

my hairdresser will not touch any one with a home hair dye , worried about any colours she puts over them
must have had a bad experience

I last got my hair done professionally in March and then got it cut short so im wondering if i continue letting it grow out or top it up myself?

Castings for sure!!
Always am happier with my hair when I get it done professionally but the grey shows up way quicker now so sometimes between cuts I use Castings.

blablablabride think you are right, I am dark so it works well, I have seen some home made blondes and some of them do look pretty bad. I really don't think canary yellow is a good colour for anyones hair!

I'm dark so I use Garnier Nutrisse No. 3.6 - one it every 5 weeks without fail and wouldn't use anything else. Got completely sick of forking out for regular highlights and when I go to get my hair cut the hardresser always comments on how nice my colour is.
