How do I add a pregnancy ticker??

Hi everyone, i just love the pregnancy tickers and want to add one to my posts. Can anyone instruct me?? Thanks, Murp XX

if you click on one of my tickers it will bring you to the site to create your own and then just copy and paste onto your signature in your control panel.
