You could be having an anovulatory cycle. Your body might be trying to ovulate but not. The heating would not effect your basal temperature but things you should look out for are, making sure you take temp at the exact same time each morning without moving from the bed or drinking anything, making sure you're sleeping for at least 3 hours before and making sure you have the thermometer in the exact same part of your mouth all the time.
