im confused

Girls I hope you can help me clear this up-ive been looking at travel systems and have settled on the Quinny Buzz which has a maxi cosi car seat attachment....When I was looking through a brochure last night it said that the car seat is only suitable from birth to 12 mts and then you get another seat Are all car seats only for the first year and then you have to get a different one or is it just the maxi cosi ones? thanks

You can get some which will do from birth to 2 years (group 0-1) but they are not compatible with buggies, they stay attached to the car. All the group 0 ones are like the maxi cosi.
