Does anyone know where I could get one to call Australia? You know the cards you buy on hols to ring home, I need one to call Oz as it's just too expensive to call from my mobile, I would be able to use the phone card in my mam's or in work then. Thanks in advance!

I use a company called Telestunt to ring my best friend in Oz. If you're calling a landline in Oz just dial the 1890 number and it will prompt you to dial the number of whomever your calling. All you get charged is the price of a local call. It sounds suspect but I have been using them for about 7 years and never had a prob Ive called from my office and from home. I was using call cards and they were costing me a small fortune @ 10c a min! If you're calling a mobile in Oz just dial the 1520 number and with eircom you will get charged 15c per min. I had a problem with UPC charging me 30c so clarify with your phone provider the cost of a 1520 call. If you need anymore info just PM me. Hope this helps. [b:7wia0ila]Country[/b:7wia0ila]. We've tried skype but the connection is too slow unfortunately

I used to use a company called Blueface. You register online and pay with credit card like topping up a prepaid mobile phone. not sure of the rates but it was handy. I know a lot of the Centras/Spars in Dublin city sell the cards so maybe try there either.
