introducing formula

Can anyone help me regarding this? I have no clue how to even begin doing this. LO is just over two weeks and I'd like to start her on formula as I have to return to work in a few weeks time.

I'd try her with bottles of BM first , once she takes the bottle of BM add some formula to it. Then just add more and more formula and less and less BM until she drinking bottle of formula. Good luck
