Is it ok to miss my period for 4 month after having a child?

If you are breast feeding they most likely won't come back. Mine did not come back until after I finished BF. But make sure you use protection, as you can still get pregnant.

I was breastfeeding (and then combined feeding) and didn't get a period for 11 months after DD was born which is apparently completely fine.
