Is there a baby in your boobs?

This is the question my 4 yr old asked me last night. She was sitting on my lap, lying into my chest. She started to feel my boobs. ( I'm 11 wks tomorrow so she has no idea I'm pregnant). So anyway she feels my boobs ( over my clothes) then asks." Do you have a baby in thems boobs"? I started to laugh and asked why she thought that. She said they are all big and fat now. I was amazed at how a 4 yr old would notice that kind of change in my body. I don't have a bump yet, but have gone up a bra size.
